My career in City Planning began over 25 years ago, with experience working for the California Cities of Santa Barbara, Martinez, and Albany. While my professional path has expanded into other areas over the years, I’ve always kept one foot firmly in the planning world — consulting with developers, realtors, and small business owners, as well as offering guidance to friends and family.
Over the years, I’ve collaborated with both local and out-of-area developers. I prefer to work locally, in the bay area, whenever possible — because the best insights come from being on the ground, building relationships, and getting information in real time.
